New Year's meme 2011

A bloo bloo bloo I've been really lazy with my blog and I apologize. I've been spending quality time with friends, felt shit at work and me and my bf Viivi moved to a 2 room apartment! So no time to update a boring blog.

But I did this meme in my LJ in finnish and decided to post it in here too with few changes and a ton of random photos from year 2011:

1. What did you do in 2011 that you’d never done before?
- went to gym like 4 days a week every week

- went to Estonia twice only to get some cheap booze

- them one night stands

- started my apprenticeship

2. Did you keep your new year’s resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
Uhhh.. I can't remember what mine was.. but I guess I didn't?

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
nope

4. Did anyone close to you die?
nope

5. What countries did you visit?
Greece and Estonia

6. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
Love

7. What dates from 2011 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
I'd like to keep them to myself (aka too lazy to check out my calendar..)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I bought my iPhone with my own money

9. What was your biggest failure?
uhh can't think of anything major that I'd done..

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Nothing major, no but I fucked up my toe and then I fell down the stairs back in february or something and had that epic bruise!

11. What was the best thing you bought?
My iPhone.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

Well there's a few..

14. Where did most of your money go?
Booze and bills

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
That so many of my favourite bands came here and I could see them all!

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? I think I was happier! At least most of the time, and then by the end of the year it all went down.
b) thinner or fatter? Thinner, eventho my weight has gone up and down now in few months
c) richer or poorer? Richer! (eventho I'm always poor anyway)

18. What do you wish you’d done more of?
Traveling!!

19. What do you wish you’d done less of?
Stressing and spending so much money on booze. But I'm not gonna deny that I didn't have fun every time I went out! But it always horrifies me how much money I pour down my throat.

20. How did you spend Christmas?
With my family.

21. Did you fall in love in 2011?
No but I think I definitely developed a huge crush...

22. What was your favorite TV program?
Misfits seasons 1&2, Game of Thrones, Glee, the Walking Dead

23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn’t hate this time last year?
nope don't think so..

24. What was the best book you read?
I started like a billion books but I only finished

- Khaled Hossein - the Kite Runner (READ IT! I cried like a BABY. It's so so SO good!!)
- Kate Mosse - Labyrinth

25. What was your greatest musical discovery?

I fell in love with Coldplay and Florence + the Machine and I think the most important one is Golden Bomber. I can't tell you how much I love these boys, their sense of humour, the lyrics, the PV's...... I haven't seriously fangirled about a band like this since I was 14.

26. What did you want and get by year’s end?

ahaha well.. let's say penor I don't rly know :D:D

27. What did you want and not get by year’s end?
Love and a relationship

28. What was your favorite film of this year?
Captain America, Thor, Harry Potter, In time

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 22 on the 25th of December, my friend Veikko and I have the same birthday and he turned 20, so we had a small group of friends coming to my place and then we went to Onnela to celebrate! I was extremely shitfaced and Rasmus almost had to carry me home (paid the taxi home and stayed overnight lol.) I love how my friends still take care of me eventho I'm a pain in the ass most of the time....

30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
If I had a better pay and less bills to pay

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2011?
I think I fitted in more than stood out. I only used leggings or cropped shorts the whole year.. But I think I finally got rid of the "typical gyaru style" and started to be more comfortable and just me idk..

32. What kept you sane?
My friends, even at times when I wanted to hit my head against the wall because of them and Golden Bomber

33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
well FUCKING KENJI FOR FUCKS SAKE

and then I totally fancied Yutaka, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and Ryan Gosling.

34. What political issue stirred you the most?
I don't give two fucks about politics.

35. Who did you miss?
Well this one person who is kinda back in my life again, I hope..

36. Who was the best new person you met?
I really can't say who was the best person since I'm so glad of all the new people I met and all the old ones I had the chance to get back in my life again AND to get to know better than before! I love them all so much and I can't thank them enough!
